Of all the things that are thrown our way in life it is only up to us to turn them around for the better. This is your one life...no matter the circumstances enjoy it! So you are bald...who says tht is bad... shave your head if you would feel better or raise money for hair implants. You're schizophrenic...just think you'll never be bored!
While it's not a good thing almost everyone is fat and overweight... but you can change that with some effort, try fun things like roller blading, skating, basketball, baseball, jump rope, whatever you will enjoy the most, walk a pet, etc.
You need to understand that this life is like a vapor we are here for only a short period.
You were not created on accident...there is a destiny for your life...maybe you can help others in your same situation...try looking up various groups to get involved with.
My advice would be to pray, read the bible, pray some more, enjoy this beautiful world while you're here.

I felt like that about a year ago & even though I was always against it I realized that I had to be responsible enough to myself to bite the bullet & see a doctor about getting medication for it. They'll diagnose your specific condition & help you with whatever you need. I've been taking anti-anxiety/anti-depression medication for 7 months now and I'm a completely new man who feels incredibly impowered to do anything in life. I won't say that it's the cure, but it will DEFINATELY help you find your smile. There's a lot of free or low cost clinics that will see you if you don't have insurance or a lot of money too. My visit's like $20.
As far the rest of the stuff goes:
Being Bald: If it's causing you stress and you're finding that you just will never be happy without hair, there are options to you. Two different approaches I would recommend are a hair transplant procedure or using a hair regrowth formula.
The transplant is relatively inexpensive & incredibly routine, so it's very safe. They just take some hair from the back of your head and move it up to the top. The hair at the back is more resistant to the loss of proteins in your scalp that cause hair loss.
The other is trying hair regrowth formula's. We've all heard of Rogaine & other such products, but there are more technologically advanced treatments out there. One that I've hear d works for most people is Procede.
http://www.procedetv.com/
It's risk free too. If it doesn't work in 90 days you get your money back. Can't beat that.
Weight Loss: The best way will ALWAYS be regulat exercise and a healthy diet, but there are other supplements & such out there that can aid in this process. Just go into any health supplement store & ask about the weight loss products. Steer away though from the ones that only make you thinner by helping you drop the water weight in your body because when you stop taking them you'll find that the weight will come back. If you choose to use a product you should still exercise(according to it's instructions), but make sure that it's one that actually helps your bodies metabolism in burning off actual fat cells. Make sure you ask about side effects too because many of them have copious amounts of ephedrine in them that dramatically increase the hyperactivity in your body. A couple you can check out maybe are Trimspa & Xenadrine. Xenadrine I know can make you a little hyper if you take more than the alotted dose, but if you choose that, you can still just gauge your bodies sensitivity to it and only take half what it says if need be.
http://www.trimspa.com/
The point is that you're obviously suffering from a great deal of physical & mental turmoil, but there are solutions out there for every problem you could face in life. You just have to find the ones that work for you. In the meantime, see a doctor and just outright tell them all of these things. You'd be surprised on how easy you can take charge of your life and how fast you can turn it all around. After all, life's too short for any of us to spend even one moment in agony.

No suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I feel sad too, but I have to tell myself that "Everyday is every way, I'm getting better and better"...and that "Everything will be alright"
...Is there someone you can call to talk your problems over with? a friend, a doctor, a minister, a prayer line or maybe the suicide hotline in the phone book?
Sometimes when you are depressed it seems like the whole world is against you and you can become fearful and your brain can kind of freeze up with fear. Talking to other people can sometimes give us a different viewpoint on how to solve our problems...
It must be difficult life for you to have such a horrible illness at such a young age...overweight is something that you can try to change or learn to accept the all people are not perfect and we are all different in one way or another...I was bald once when I did chemo for cancer.I wore a wig, which helped some, but it is hard to lose your hair at any age for any reason..Can you get a toupee or some sort of hairpiece? That might help your self esteem?
Can you find a group to volunteer to help take your mind off your problems? Can you cook a meal to take to an elderly neighbor and talk to them for awhile? Or cook a meal for the homeless shelter near you? Or volunteer at a hospital?
As I write this, I am trying to write also solutions for myself, because I feel sad...I do want to tell you that while having a girlfriend might be a nice distraction, it probably will not solve all your problems....sometimes you might feel better for awhile, and then something goes wrong with the relationship and you might feel even lonelier than you did before the relationship started, because if it puts you on a quick "love high" , you can crash sometimes pretty hard if it goes wrong...
I can only say I will say a prayer for you...would you say a prayer for me? thanks.Take care of yourself..

My advice would be to get some help. There is no reason that I see that should make you want to die. I would say you are a pretty good guy, but you don't let people see it. You need go outside and take a huge breath, and think about the good things that have happened in your life (and don't say nothing good has happened to you). The one thing that you should be thankful for is that you are alive and you do have a future, no matter what you think. Go out and meet new people, let them see you as you. Your life is not miserable because you have people that would miss you if you were gone and there are people, like me, who care about everyone, even people we have never met.
One other thing I recommend is prayer. Even if you do not believe in God, why don't you try him out just this once and see what happens. I know he can help you, but you have to believe he will too. God loves you.
God Bless
JJ

Are you serious? I really hope you don't sincerely feel that way.
Are you being treated for your schizophrenia? I am not a big fan of prescription drugs, but I have heard that schizophrenia can be nearly cured with medicine--for most people. I am an EMT and I have dealt with people who suffer as you are. You are certainly not alone, and believe it or not, things can, and will, get better if you stick it out.
Are you a Christian? I used to have a problem with depression before I became a Christian. It is difficult to continue on when things aren't going you way, and you feel like your purpose in life is too be happy. Well, that is not your purpose. It is nice to be happy, sure, but there is much more to life. The Bible says that God will comfort those who are sad and in pain--if not in this life, in the next. Try praying and asking God to help you with your illlness, and guide you towards your purpose in this life.
Don't give up on yourself. Try to stop thinking about dying. Everyone will eventually find out what it feels like to die. There is no hurry!
Do you have any friends or family you can reach out to? Try to find someone you can talk to.
Well, I don't know what else to say to you. I wil pray for you and I hope that things start turning around for you. Good luck.

my friend, why do you think your life is miserable? because you dont fit some paradigm of what a good life is supposed to be? you dont fit the idealized way of living? you are living in a certain reality. these hallucinations u talk about are as real as this computer i am typing on. the only difference is that most people would agree that this computer exists. is that what makes it actually exist? if most people heard what you hear, would that make it real? the answer is that its all as real as anything else is real. and on the death thing, you want to experience what death is like? why? youve already experienced that... time and time again. the life you are living, the subjective viewpoint in which you are viewing is that next stage of some previous consciousness. if you die, you will simply be put into a different stage of consciousness. however, that stage of consciousness is dependent on how you form ur mindset in this current lifetime. and lets face it, people may or may not be making fun of you... but when you realize how much that doesnt matter, and how much of a childish and immature mindset that would be... why then would you let it cloud your mind as if what they may or may not be saying is based on some fundamental law of existence. you seem to have created an inferiority complex for yourself. understand that someone who thinks of their self as inferior, is analogous to someone who thinks of their self as superior. in each case, they think that some people are better than others. which makes no sense since we are all the incarnation of existence. i am you, you are me, we are each other. we are both existence personified.

YOU ARE AN IDIOT!
first of all, i find bald men sexy and guess what- i am not the only one..In fact, there are a lot of men who shave their hair to have that look.
second, if you are serious about that [which i think you are not] i tell you that you are not the only one in earth with Schizophrenia. As far as you take your medicines you will be just fine. Plus, a lot of geniuses and prodigies have and had and will have Schizophrenia.
third, are you kidding me? you are overweight...WOW! that's reeeeally serious!
[sarcasm].. Do you know that the 1/3 of my country are overweight? [Greece] Well, i have an idea! why don't you go to a doctor to get a diet and go to the gym?
''i don't have a girlfriend''..OF COURSE YOU DON"T!!!! where is your self-respect? where is your confidence? where is the love to yourself? where is the trust to yourself? You can't love anyone if you don't love yourself! you are perfect and i am so surprised that you don't see this too! Come on...There are a lot more serious problems in the world! You are a normal guy, perfect by nature BUT you are into depress and misery! Get out of there! Let other people see what you are cuz you are perfect, i promise! Don't try to get confidence by getting a girlfriend cuz that will causes you serious problems. Get confidence and then you will get a girlfriend!
YOU ARE TELLING US YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE DEATH. I PROMISE YOU SOONER OR LATER THAT WILL HAPPEN. BUT WHY YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE DEATH IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE LIFE FIRST? CUZ NOW YOU ARE NOT LIVING! THAT'S NOT LIFE!
God! what a man! I am so angry with you! there are people who would give everything and i mean EVERYTHING, even their souls to have your life! GET REAL!!!!

Yes, I've felt like that. But there must be something worth living for. I can tell you about myself. I had some problems in my life, and I really wanted to die. Most of the time I felt depressed and I wanted to kill myself just so that the pain would stop - and I still do. But, if I die - I won't see my dreams come true. And I just can't allow that. And that's what keeps me alive. I believe that I can achieve anything I want, and I know that someday soon my dreams will come true. I think you need to believe and hope. I mean - really, truly believe and hope. You need to decide that you will change your life, you need to work to make it happen. I'm telling you - it's amazing what a person can do with his/her mind, with his/her will. I know that things will get better for me, and I believe things could get better for you too - if you only decide so. No one is perfect, we all have our flaws, and our problems and our downs, but it's not why we should stop living. We should face life, deal with it.
Hey, I talk to myself too...
Here's what I keep repeating to myself when things get really bad: It can't rain all the time. You know that's true. It helps me go through my troubles.
Remember - you can do anything you want.

At 16 I had just seen the movie "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance," where John Wayne shoots the bad guy to save Jimmy Stewart, whom his true love has fallen in love with. He gives up the girl out of unselfish love for her. I went home overflowing with emotion, needing someone to share it with. But my parents were out and my sisters were dancing the Watusi. So I walked up the street to the bridge over the freeway and thought about jumping. For 2 hours. At the end, I knew why I was willing to live, even if there would never be anyone to share my heart and mind with.
Curiosity.
And of course, over the last half century, there's been lots of love (and heartache), plenty of sharing (and loneliness). I've made countless mistakes and been blessed nonetheless. As Elton John sings it, every life is precious, every day's a gift. You gonna throw it away?
Baldness is no big deal. Schizophrenia can be treated. When you talk to yourself, pretend other people are encouraging you. Any LSD veteran can tell you hallucinations can be worked around. Ignore them, mostly. Diet and exercise will take care of most weight problems. And girls are attracted to guys who are interested in something more than themselves.
We ALL die, eventually. But me, they're going to have to catch. I'm not volunteering early.

Grab an ice cold Coca Cola and go out and enjoy the sunshine. Ain't no need for all this depression stuff. While you are out go in a church and talk to a preacher, he can do alot to help you get on the right track and feel better about everything. There will be alot of people who will wanna help you and be your friend in church. Don't rush yourself wanting to see what it feels like to die. Its gonna happen to everyone one day so don't rush it. Enjoy life while you can.
