1. Change it to "According to a recent survey"....they've had more than one, so you can't say "the".
2. Capitalize "Department of Commerce".
3. The word "income" should NOT be capitalized.
4. Put a space after the commas throughout.
5. Put 2 spaces after the periods throughout.
6. Add "the" before National Savings Rate in the second sentence and remove it before "cash" in the same sentence. And don't forget to capitalize National Savings Rate throughout.
7. Change it to "as many Americans now believe" (and capitalize Americans throughout).
8. The word is "retirement".
9. The word is "owning" not "owing".
10. Add "the" before "booming real estate market", and "the" before bank in the second sentence.
11. Again, place a "the" before "National Savings Rate figures" in the third sentence.
12. The word is "continuous" not "continous".
13. Fourth sentence: "The decrease in the National Savings Rate," (keep it consistent throughout and don't forget the comma, and leave out "Because of" at the beginning so it works out nicer).
14. The word is "trend" not "trends" in the fourth sentence.
15. Change to "younger generations, " in the fourth sentence (and don't forget the comma).
16. Use "can lead to a crisis in the future." Unless you're speaking of a SPECIFIC crisis, you'll want to use "a crisis" and "the future".
17. In the last sentence, who is "her"? Instead of saying "her" use the name of the person you're referring to. (and don't forget to cite the source at the end of the essay/report)
18. Use "Americans" when you're talking about more than one.
19. Again, "retirement" not "retirment".
20. Should be "instead of depending", not "instead on depending".
21. The word is "their" not "thier".
22. Put a space between "property" and "(homes)" so it reads: "property (homes),"
23. Change it to "as the American Government" (again, be specific).
24. Add a period to the end of the last sentence.

Oh boy, o.k. then.
According to the recent survey by the Department of Commerce, Americans are not saving their net income. Since national savings rates depend on the cash, and not any other assets, it could be inaccurate. Many Americans nowadays believe in planning their retirement by investing or owning properties in the booming real estate market, rather than saving their money in the bank. Though Americans are becoming aware of the prevailing conditions, national savings rate figures cannot be disregarded. Because of the continuous decrease in the savings rate and a trend of spending before earning, by the younger generation, it appears that a future crisis is looming. So, according to **********(you need to write the woman's name, not HER!!), Americans should save for their retirement instead of depending on the future value of their property (home) as the Government is not going to help.
PEACE & LOVE & ALL THAT

- Two "m" in grammatical
- Put a space or two after all periods
- Put a space after all commas
- Department of Commerce is a name (thus capital C and D)
- Income is lower case
- "are nowadays believe in" ...delete are
- americans -> Americans
- and a trends -> and a trend
- retirment -> retirement
- thier -> their
You would have found most (if not all of these) by putting the text into MS Word
