I go through this every single day. I smile when I have to in public. Then I go home and cry and tell my friends about my uncertainties, and they make me feel better.

Generally, these uncertainties turn out to be not worth worrying about. Anti-anxiety medications can also help you have less uncertainties. Also, if there are any that you can address, address them rather than leaving them as uncertainties.

Bottom line--think about it--are these uncertainties real, or possibly unsubstantiated fears? If you can address them, do so. If not, don't worry, and take medication if it will help you be more at peace.

The truth is I use to sit and have me a good cry. Then I'd try and tackle each of my problems till they are either done or move on to the next one.I have had a time with so many different things that this year for the first time I said the heck with everything and everyone else.I started living my life for me and not for the things or people that surround my life.I am totally a happier person now.
