My stomach feels so tight and it feels like it's twisting inside. I feel sick so bad right now! I haven't vomited. Can anyone expain the typical signs of pregnancy to me? I would be totally grateful!

Is it your actual stomach or near your belly button? If it's your actual stomach, you may want to go to a doctor to get it checked out. There are many stomach conditions you could have- GERD, Crohn's, etc. You could also have the stomach flu. Even if it's your lower stomach, you could IBS or even Crohn's, Colitis... the list goes on.
Nausea and vomitting are symptoms of pregnancy but also symptoms of a LOT of conditions. Is your period even late? You may want to get to a doctor to have him/her figure it out. It's the kind of thing that you really need to be examined to determine.

Hi are you actually pregnant? Did you confirm this yet? I am 20 weeks pregnant my husband and I are very excited this is my second. I will honestly tell you how I feel....Sick as a dying dog, I cannot believe how sick I am I was at the beginning vomiting at least 6 times a day, I am in a prescribed pill Dilectin and It makes me feel worst! I have bad migraines, aches and pains in my legs, sore nipples they feel like they have been slit with a knife and soar back I have it all. I am a full time Child Youth Worker and I feel like when I came home I am bed ridden, Some have it hard some have it easy but if you are pregnant and you are sick like me please write me so I can talk to someone who understands.

Maybe you just have a stomach bug.
Sometimes pregnancy signs don't show until you are a couple of months in. Some of these would be:
Nausea
Tender breasts
Can't stand certain smells
Bleeding gums
Feeling bloated
Go the doctor and tell him what your feeling, could just be something really simple!

Pregancy tests are avalible at the drugstore even the cheap ones are accurate...if you alreadly know for sure that your are pregant and are feeling this way..no.1 where you upset when this started? then you need to calm yourself down and also think about what you ate or didnt eat and know how much water your consuming--you need water moreso when you are pregant...if your 2 months or more along is go to the er to be safe...cause its even hard for a dr to know whats going on without testing...or you could also be very worried about the whole idea of being pregant and are making yourself sick over it.

Best way to find out: get tests drawn at your local clinic. Other than that, you'd be amazed at the symptoms, including:
Nausea
Dizziness, light-headedness
Tight or tender breasts
Absent period
Very light spotting at normal time of menstruation
Few reports of acne

How long has your period been overdue? Did you have sex around your date of ovulation? tight and twisting insides dont' happen until you're 12 weeks pregnant minimum soooo if you're over 3 months late for your period hit your doc's office after taking a test.

That is not a sign of pregnancy. It sounds like stomach cramps from bad food or a stomach virus.

That doesn't sound like pregnancy, more like a miscarriage. Nausea is one symptom of pregnancy. Tender breasts, a metallic taste in your mouth and a tired feeling are all other symptoms.

typical symptoms are nausea,vomiting,cramping, mood swings. I don't think u should worry about being pregnant.

why, dont you go buy yourself a pregrnate test and take it back home and test yourself if you are or not then if not i think youre just getting upset stomach pain then . if it hurts then i willin call youre doctor for check up then.
