When I first got my Wii, every internet related channel worked.(Forecast, internet, and Wii Shop).Then, none of them worked.Then internet channel worked. Then forecast channel worked. Then they all worked. Then I downloaded news channel. Then news channel and forecast channel worked, but not internet and Wii Shop. So, WTF is going on???!!!

First off, you need to ignore those 360 fanboy's above me.
Secondly, I would suggest calling 1-800-255-3700. That's Nintendo's Troubleshooting phone line.
