Sure. Life's experiences tend to do that to you. The trick is recognizing them and using logic and understanding to not let them run your life and affect your common sense.

Although I am white, I heard a black preacher on TV answer this question best. He said that we are all racist and the only difference is that some of us are recovering racist.

Nope, i think everyone has a "social" bias of some sort but not all are racist. I have never not like someone because of their race or stereotyped someone on race. I do get frustrated when other races think that they know all about black people or whatever.

I think that if racism is shown toward you, then you'd be more careful about it. Like if you were asian and had to put up with all those people making remarks about your eyes or people jumping to conclusions about you because you're black, you'd be careful about what you say or do yourself. I think we notice the differences between ourselves and other people but there is no reason to say anything about it, really. We are all people and should all treat, and be treated, equally.

deep down at a gut level yes. in times of distress and upset society wide you will see people break down to the basic levels of which race is first. natural to think that your race is better because who wants to think that they are lower than another race. with integration and education we can overcome these instincts
