Foley's if you mean the throw off the cell and the other was accidental, in the accidental bump he was knocked temp. unconscious and lost a tooth

I only know that That Monty Brown played LB for the Buffalo Bills from 1994 to 1996

Wrestlemania 14 was on March 28 1998 In Boston Massachtes at the Fleets Center

The first ECW PPV was called Barley Legal it was on April 17 1997 the main event was Terry Funk vs Raven for the ECW world championship. Funk pinned Raven with a roll-up after a DDT from Tommy Dreamer.

Umm...All I know is that the highest achieved on RAW was the "This is Your Life" Segment with Mankind and The Rock. They were both the most charasmatic wrestlers and earlier in the night Mankind said he had a "surprise" for the Rock. The segment took around 20-30 minutes and was in the middle of the show. I think the rating was a 5.9 though I'm not sure.

The first was Mick Foley's idea though Undertaker was reluctant saying "Do you WANT to die Mick?" However he eventually agreed and that spot was done somewhere around 1997 if I'm not mistaken.
