have the two sims relax in a bed then selct on sim and use option woohoo on the sim next to them in bed or have them i n a hot tub select cuddle then woohoo

you woohoo them in bed of hottub.
and if u want to kno if ur pregnant for sure,
turn ur volume up
and at the end they will have some sort of baby music
and then ur pregnant.
sometimes with twins
thats fun!
