What if a friend promise you a gift? You email them weeks later after they promised, but they didn't reply to you. You see your friend online but he/she is not talking to you. And then, you emailed again and didn't get reply.
What is this mean? I'm confused? We didn't fight or anything.

When I was emailing back, I said "Forget about the gift." And I didn't get a reply back.

Even if sombody promises you a gift, it is not polite to ask when you will be getting it.
This person may have said they would get you the gift to make you happy, then realised that they are unable to get it for some reason.
they may feel embarrased because they cannot get it.
They may feel annoyed that you asked about it as it is rude.
Try emailing them again, and just talk about what has been going on in your life lately, or whatever..... do not mention the gift at all.
See what happens. But forget the damn gift!!!
If you don't get an answer, leave it. They may get back to you when they get over it. If they never get back to you, the friendship couldn't have been that important to them, so move on.

What kind of gift are we talking about? If it's a gift you're not supposed to ask for it, that's why it's a gift, they gift it to you when they want to or are able to, your friend is probably avoiding you because you're bugging then for your gift.

ok now your last email should actually be your last. no more emailing your friend and making a fool of yourself. don't analyze about why and how. don't obsess over a gift or whatever. block of your friend from the messenger too.if she/he really wants to get in touch ,they will email you. don't let them get cheap thrills out of you. don't be confused and just chill.

well if you tried to talk to her on messenger and she didn't responded to u maybe she wasn't at the PC.... but if you e-mailed her that's different... maybe she just doesn't wanna talk to u ....maybe she is afraid that you are going to start talking about that gift!!!
try to talk to her face to face.... work it out
