p.s. lip liner makes ur lips look smaller, it takes the edges of your lips and takes away from your lips to make the edges bigger but the overal lips smaller!

It will be hard to find something that truly works, and that is under 10 dollars.
I recommend DERMAdoctor POUTlandish Hyper Moisturizing Lip Paint & Treatment SPF 15 With Nanotechnology and I swear by it. There are 3 different colors to meet your needs, clear, pink, and a nuteral color.
You don't have to use very much on your application there for it helps reduce the cost if you use the other brands becayse you use more of their product.

Just use a lipliner and make your lips a bit fuller where you want them, then fill it in with lipstick.
That's what everyone did before plastic surgery turned most women into carps!

if you get a toothbrush (with a tiny bit of toothepaste on it) and brush your lips it gets rid of the dead skin and makes them look plumper, pinker, and fresher. it's not permanent though, if your lucky it could last the full day.

All of those lip plumping products with collagen don't work for crap. They just chap your lips horribly.

lipgloss!!! the simplest thing to use...and if it has shimmer particles...so much better!
