u know what it is...shes too thin(but not too thin were she looks bad) and she looks kinda stickly in it when the hood is on...but anyway, its probably custom. you could just buy a reg black suit at the hip hop stores and then add stuff to it urself. the back up dancers have on a slightly different one then she does...

Try a hip hop store, I think its great. Of if you have no luck there, look for similar look black hoodys and tracksuit bottoms in sports shops
