Niacin is a part of the B complex Vitamins. It is essential for "good" moods and memory, insomnia and anxiety. It helps to lower the level of blood fats like cholesterol and triglycerides, that can "s**w" up arteries and cause heart attacks. Good food sources are Beef liver, Tuna, Chicken, Beef kidney, swordfish, Halibut and even chopped peanuts A lack of Niacin,in comparing, to Calcium for Bone health. Walk and Think or Sit and Vegetate! It is essential in your diet. Zinc and copper are Minerals, not Vitamins. Good luck and be healthy!
