Cow is one of the most respected religious animal while women are the hand that rocks the cradle. Women and cow has one most beautiful similarity, To Give. Whilst others abuse them, they keep silence and in their turn they can either shelter 33 Crore Divine Figures or can Rule the world.
Infact lot to compare and just one single line to distinguish as aforesaid.

Cow and women both are mothers.But women can be your mother, sister or your wife.In the Hindu philosophy we respect both.But in the world philosophy we respect only women.
Also, cow is mother because she gives us milk.But a woman is a mother because she gives milk,protections and values of life .
Another difference is that the cow is a universal mother.She can never turn evil under any circumstances.
On the other hand a woman even if a mother can turn evil under circumstances for other people.

cows given everything in useful, but very quite.women give birth, take care family like that.. different means.. cows never know its husband, and never give any distrub.. women know her husband, some times given trouble also.. its the different.. correct??
