Douche is not good for you. All GYNs i had (and i had a lot becuase i kept moving back and forth from place to place due to military) told me its a no no and nowadays i guess just like with technology they discovered it is actually not a healthy thing to do. I am trying to find a link to a good legit website (i seen those a lot that talk about things like that) that may show you that it is proven to cause problems. Bingo! I am attaching website that saying why exactly docs dont reccomend to douche. (link below) Also i know this for a fact that vaginal dicharge what we usually have on regular everyday basis is a natural liquit that is made for a good purpose; mainly to clean everything out of your vagina on itself, so douche apparently messes the process up by flushing some of that good bacteria, change your ph down there and of course interfers with your regular everyday dicharge flow. Hope it was helpful!

Being a guy I have no clue. The only douche I had to do was two months ago on the other end so I wouldn`t dirty up the camera. The women in the exam room tried to make me feel comfortable, but my heine was sticking out uncovered. I felt so vulnerable and embarrassed. I have great respect for women for what they have to go through that us fellows take for granted.

No, I never have and probably never will. Many douches are made up of vinegar and water. The vinegar kills a lot of essential bacteria that we have 'down there'. It works for some women, but I think doctors recommend that we don't. It can sometimes cause allergic reactions and make our area REALLY dry and sore.

No, I do not douche. Using a douche is unhealthy. The vagina is a self- cleansing organ, it's unnecessary to use a douche.

No I don't. It was something my mother taught me to do after a period. Some where told to douche after sex, but it is totally unnecessary. The body cleans itself naturally.

Never.
There never was a good reason to do so, and in fact, it's a dangerous practice.
