i know this seems kindda too soon, but i need to prepare myself.

the truth is, both of us are just aquaintances. we do like each other, just that we are too shy to admit it. in fact, i would like to think i love her more. but i havn't confessed to her i love her yet... i have not talked to her for a very long time (shame on me), mostly due to my very busy work regime. and i cannot hide the fact that i am still too shy to tell her that...

i've been ignoring her... she must be really disappointed at me... i think, she is very angry at me. or worse, she might have forgotten about me...

what is the best gift for her, that won't be too much of a surprise after our long "separation", but would make her accept me back?

i know, i've done so much wrong towards her feelings... shame on me!

thanks.

Get her something that is related to whatever she is interested in or passionate about. This will show her that you haven't forgotten her, that you even remember what she truly cares about and put a lot of thought into the gift. Also, write a card or letter apologizing for your absent behavior, and express your wishes to become closer and better friends (or more than friends). Good luck, and I'm sure that if she shares your feelings, something wonderful will happen. Happy Valentines Day!

Flowers and a card. Then tell her how you feel, and explain your actions! Life is too short to be shy about this stuff! Remember, the worst thing she can say is "yes".

mkay.... i probably wouldnt give her jewelry. you know? you havnt been around each other much and its not like you are married. right? i would definitely stick with the small but sweet and practical things like a box of chocolates, flowers, teddy bear, etc. you dont want to give her too much to drive her away but you want to get her something that shell appreciate and hopefully stick around. good luck!
