Bicycles are proven to be the best.
Runner's World magazine has articles on how to get in shape.
www.runnersworld.com has articles from current and previous magazines.

Bicycles:
1. Lay down on the floor like u r going to start sit-ups.
2. Lift up ur left leg and stretch out ur right leg.
3. Bring ur right elbow to touch the left knee while bringing back the other elbow.
4. Now switch sides on both elbows and knees.

Abs are made in the kitchen, Get your Body Fat % below 10% and they will show , for exercise google search Ab Bootcamp / Scott Nelson

If you don't have the right body type, it won't matter much. Google "abs muscle training" for a wealth of web sites and advice.

there really isn't any. Just do crunches.

Its not so much the type of excercise you need to worry about, its being consistent with it.

a really good magazine that i recomend . men fittnes RX. i have been getting and i find it very helpfull. good luck

crunches
