The last movie he was in with her was Tombraider and that was filmed in Cambodia where she adopted her son Maddox.
The reason she is on the outs is because he announced her adoption of Maddox to the media before she wanted it to get out.
He hasn't met her other adopted child or her child she had with Brad Pitt

The movies were made before she put him out of her life. She does not believe he acted in her interest when he blabbed about the adoption. I haven't spoken w/my father in 25 years and never need to see or hear from him again. She has her reasons.
