a little cream blush on the apples of your cheek, and blend up your cheekbone

I am pale as well. I use a foundation with a pink undertone. You can call your local Mary Kay rep and they can steer you to a foundation with the right undertone. I also apply a little blush to the apples of my cheeks. they both really help to give you face that natural glow. Don't try to go to a different shade to add color it always ends up looking fake.
