What kind of fragile do you mean? If you are talking about brute strength, then yes, women are weaker. If you are talking about endurance, then women are stronger.
The female body was built to survive famine, winters, epidemics, and other long-term hardships. There's nothing fragile about surviving giving birth. Baby girls are less likely to die in infancy than boys, by the way, and men don't survive long-term hardships as well as women.
That's the physical strength. If we're talking about strength of character, about the ability to patiently follow through with difficult, demanding tasks, then I will refer you to all of the women whose children (or other family members) require constant care because of a disability, or who never give up on their wayward children, or who perform other acts of long-term, unspectacular, thankless service.
I don't know if either sex "wins" when it comes to strength. Male and female are complementarities, not competitors.

Yes and No.
Yes, fragile in some cases. But after the process of several fragileness the become strong as iron.
If they can bear the worst pain of labour they can't be called as fragile. so :

Depends.
Some girls r very strong and brave and some girls just act all preppy and girly-girly. Lots of girls r also fragile but their cud be guys fragile 2.
