I have a veo webcam, and I can't get it to work with yahoo messenger.?

When I try to invite, or look at someone elses cam, it tells me I am behind a firewall, and that I can not use the cam. I tried to disable my firewall, and checked to allow messenger, but it didn't work. What do I need to do?

if you are using a router it will be the routers firewall that is stopping you
