I can't figure out why liberals usually insult those who disagree with them rather than participating in a debate. When they do participate, it is usually something that is parroted of of one of the MSNBC talk shows. Why would they try to personally attack someone for having an idea? They are supposed to be the champions of free speech, right? It just seems as though liberal types are always tryign to intimidate others to the point that they won't debate anymore. Why?

Great question. I am sure that the answer lies along with why Peace Protesters so often turn violent.
The Libs have a LONG history for not making any sense whatsoever. Just like a lot of the feminazi protesters, they have been caught many, many times making up there own statistics. Also, most of what they are "fighting" for is just a bunch of "feel good" crapola. Stuff that has no real meaning, but makes a few people feel good. Another possibility is that they don't really think things through, and when confronted with actual evidence, or a contrary idea that contradicts what they are saying, other than telling everyone that they have no response, they say that the other person is an idiot, or something.
Take the raising of the minimum wage. The libs say that it will help poor families make more money. True, their paychecks will be a small bit larger, but so will the prices of EVERYTHING ELSE. They don't think that raising the minimum wage will really be giving everyone else in America a pay cut, because it makes the poor people feel better about themselves. No matter how it will really hurt them in the long run.

I don't know, I don't even care about that as much as I would like to see them trying to convince me with their solutions as opposed to trying to intimidate me into joining them. So far they offer nothing that says they have better ideas.
The President offers up a plan of how to try to pay for more people getting health care. I agree it's not the best plan. I hear the liberal left wing saying universal free health care for all. Ok, how are we going to pay for it? They are jealous that some people have more money than they do and I am not one of those that have more.
They want corporations to pay more taxes and sap all their revenue out to give to the poor. How is that an incentive for someone to create more jobs?
I keep hearing what they want but don't hear how they plan to get to the destination. I am not saying the ideas are all bad. I am saying give me more details and lay out the plans for how to get it accomplished. Just don't keep complaining about someone else's idea as being bad. That is the part that frustrates me.
To your point, your right, let's get back to discussing the issues and quit attacking each other. I am to the point I don't care which side get's the credit as long as we work together and become a strong nation again. And it's not all the Presidents fault. I think we can all share in the blame.

a level you do not accept as true with isn't a speaking aspect. that is a level you disagree with. as for the call calling i imagine you should spend somewhat extra time in this area searching on the questions requested.
