I don't mind shopping at Salvation Army, Oxfam Shops, or any other charity/goodwill shops.

You can often find good items there with the added bonus of knowing that any money you do spend will go to a good cause.

xx

salvation army, goodwill, choc's, affordable treasures, and savers...all really good second hand shops. most of the time you find one of a kind stuff, so you don't wind up looking like every joe & sally. i found a dooney & bourke bag for only $20.

also there is nothing wrong with buying from second hand shops as long as you're not buying used underwear/garments or socks. you have to draw a line somewhere.

I went in there right before Christmas for the first time in years and I could not believe that stuff in there. The clothes were on the hangers better than the dept store and they were all sorted and color coded. I will go back!!

Absolutley. You can find GREAT deals at thrift stores. I won't buy anything that's old looking or way out of style, but some people have way too much and will wear something once or twice before they donate it.
