i'm having a tough time deciding - which one of these hsf should i get for overclocking a Core 2 Duo E6600??

Zalman 9700
Thermaltake Beetle
im under the impression that the Beetle is best performer
can you tell me which one is?

None of the above, get the Thermaltake Big Typhoon. If you are saying no to it because it does not have the speed adjustable fan, don't worry, its quiet enough at top speed that you won't even notice, and it easily outperforms all four of these. If you have to get one of these, I suppose the Beetle or the 9700, but like I said both are beaten by the Typhoon by about 5-7 degrees.
