Well, it depends of your overall mood. If you're a romantic person or at least a person who can see a future familial situation in perspective, you'll go to Desperate Housewives. I love that serie because it is well presented with some kind of mysteries, but not my prime choice.
If you're more of an adventurous TV goers, you'll go for Prison Break. Conspiration is a nice motor for a serie, but you can expect the expectable even though the writers tend to twist the storyline to keep their audiences.
Finally, and as for me, I will say Lost is the best and most entertaining with the storyline, because the plot hasn't been revealed yet. We never know what is going to happen; there's always a margin between what you think it is and what it couldn't be! Each character seems to have a story that somehow leads him/her to the present situation. After each episode, there's even more questions to be answered; and, when you think you know the truth, something else is coming up!Great show!!!!

I'm a big fan of all 3 shows, however, Desperate Housewives have been pulling ahead from the other 2, because LOST just seems to be dragging its heels along with Prison Break. But Desperate Housewives hands down has been very entertaining to say the least.

I'd have to go with Lost. It has an amazing storyline and is constantly leaving off at cliffhangers. I've never seen Prison Break. If you ask me, Desperate Housewives hardly has a plot and gets old and corny after a while.
