When you use Windows XP (home or professional) start windows media player, select your music files, put a blanc CD in the drive (that drive has a letter, it's sometimes useful to know that letter, suppose you can burn on 2 CD drives than you need to know for sure which CD burner you want to use), follow the instructions from windows media player (version 10 or higher) and quickly your first CD is ready. Be careful! When you put your just burned CD into the player again maybe he doesn't start to play automaticly!!! When the CD doesn't play automaticly use windows explorer to see if you find the files on the CD, a click or doubleclick on the file is normally enough to let the file (an mp3 file for instance) PLAY :) You can also use software which was delivered by the CD player/burner like Nero etc... Have fun!

you need a burn program such as nero or roxio
unless you already have a burn program on your computer
then
insert a blank cd disc (this should open the burn program automatically)
if it doesn't - then open your burn program
and add the music/files
then click start burn
