Motivation has to come from within, as only one that is truly motivated with in their self, does one get anything completed and truly understand. You can be motivated from outside but it fades once the threat, or reward is taken away. The power within ourselves are true the existence of ourselves.

motivation IS from within...nobody can make you do something you dont want to do unless by force. force is the only time there is no motivation. but yes motivation always is from within.
some people are motivated by money others for the experience...in any case motivation is the spark within a person to do something

From within is the only source of motivation. Motivation tapes and speakers only help us spark the fire within that we ourselves are trying to ignite.

That's where it is.
Just because someone waits for an external motivator doesn't mean the motivation wasn't there to start with.
