Yes. There was one episode that i seen that Kenny was dead but The gang could still see him and he wasnt wearing his coat. He was talking. I only seen it once and never heard of it again after. My friends watched it too though so it wasnt a dream. I dont know the name of the episode but there was one where he talked.

No episodes; he only talks clearly in the movie. Most of the time, though, you can really tell what he's mumbling, it's pretty obvious so long as you think of it as just his way of communicating!

in the feature movie "Southpark: Bigger, Longer & Uncut" (1999) He speaks and takes this coat off his head. He's a cute blonde kid. And Says: "Goodbye you guys" and sacrifises himself to satan to survive others.
