Press the "y=" button in the upper left hand corner.
A display will come up allowing you to enter on or mor equations
if you want to enter the equation, x^2+2x +6, simply type the x,t,theta,n button, then press the x^2 button, then press the + button, the 6, then the x,t,theta,n button, then +, and finally 6.
now press the widow button and make sure the window parameters are set so that it will display as much of the graph as you want.
Finally press graph and you graph will be displayed. If you don't see what you wanted, press widow and change your window parameters appropriately.
If you like, you can got to "y=" and go to y2= and type in a second equation. Then both equations will show up on the display.
You can also press trace and then enter and the use left and right arrow buttons to see the value of x and y as you move through the path of the curve.
If you need higher definition, press zoom and then zoom in and enter. You can do this repaeatedly to get higher and higher resolution.

Put in function at "Y=" first. Use "Graph" to show it in the screen.
