hmmm... sometimes those who belong to the 18 candles are asigned to wish on a certain aspect of the debutante's life, like one could be for family, another for studies, another for love, etc. so might want to check that out. but if there's no arrangement, you can probably choose from one of those by yourself, and then you can wish her well...
