As long as there's no clear-coat paint over them as a lot of GM cars had-soften the adhesive with a hair dryer and peel them off.
There are also several release solvents on the market such as "Goo Gone" that will aid in removing the stickers.

I Like a product called " Goof Off " removes lipstick, Ink , and even carpet glue off of fine suede or interior housepaint, and wont hurt the finish ......it's got to work !!! try it !!.....Goo gone is a great product too, but a little "oilier" than goof off, which is more "volitile"

Ronsonol lighter fluid works. Whatever you do, try all these methods on a hidden part of the car first. Goof-Off is nasty stuff and may dissolve the paint.
