"no", what is the word used for signing a "yes"?
I hope I'm making myself clear.

Well, could sombeody give me a word for shaking your head side to side to indicate a no?

Nodding is yes.
Shaking head from side to side is no.

This convention is not the same everywhere.

In Bulgaria, they nod their head up and down to indicate "no". Lots of nodding indicates a very definite "no". To indicate "yes" they move the head from side to side.

Shaking your head up and down(nodding) is yes, shaking your head sideways(shaking your head lol) is no.
