i collect all carmelos magazine covers and i cant espn any where,is it even out?

Yes, I subscribe to ESPN Magazine and I recevied it in the mail on 1/20. The article is okay on Melo and A.I.- basically they're shooting some pool and talking about who's going to get the ball at the end of games. Not exactly the most insightful article.
The only reason I like ESPN Magazine is it's cheap ($20 for a year) and you get free access into ESPN Insider. That's huge. If you go to espn.com, half the links can only be accessed by ESPN Insider subscribers. Instead of paying the monthly access fee ($7 per month), just subscribe to the Magazine and you get Insider included with it. You get expert coverage on the NFL and NBA drafts, ESPN rumor mill, expert analysis during the season, etc.

I subscribe to ESPN insider, and I got the magazine in the mail about a week ago. I didn't read the entire article, but it basically said that Iverson & Carmelo were cool with each other. Maybe we could arrange for me to mail it to you if you really want it.
