pluto is no longer considered a planet. So I think it would be Uranus.
According to this site there is a new planet named Xena:

In our Solar system there are 8 planets and 3 sub-planets.
Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are our planets.
Pluto, Ceres (the largest known asteroid orbiting the sun) and Xena (a large orbiting comet) are sub-planets.
Meaning that although they orbit the sun, they don't adhere to all criteria that a planet should have. i.e, circular orbit around the Sun and made from the solar system debris created by the Sun.
Pluto is the latter but not the former.
Ceres and Xena are the former but not the latter.
So, in our Solar System, Neptune is the farthest away planet.
At the same time, if Pluto was still considered a planet, there are still huge amounts of time that Pluto is closer to the Sun than Neptune as Pluto has a very eliptical orbit. So there are times that Neptune is the farthest away planet regardless of Pluto's planetary status.
There are billions of planets further away in our galaxy alone. It would be impossible for us to ever say catagorically what the farthest planet from us is.

No, we can't tell the last planet because first we thought that Pluto is the furthest planet from Sun.Then it was proved that Pluto is not a planet. There may be many many planets that scientists has not yet discovered. So, we can't tell the furthest planet.

Once Pluto was demoted, Neptune became the most distant planet.
To remember the order of the planets: Mother Very Thoughtfully Made Jelly Sandwiches Under No Protest (Mercury, Venus, Terra, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto).

It's Pluto! Here's a way to remember the order of the planets from the sun : My very elegant mother just showed us nine planets! Mercury Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.
Hope that helps!

no one really knows- There are planets orbiting stars in every galaxy. We have only found a few dozen so far around the nearer stars.
Within our own Solar System, Neptune is now considered to be the farthest out. Pluto was 'demoted' from true planet status a few months ago.

There have been multiple planets discovered outside of our solar system so Pluto is not the answer. Not sure exactly which one is furthest from here.

In our solar system?..Since Pluto has been downgraded it is now Neptune. There must be millions/billions of planets outside our solar system, impossible to know which is the furthest.

The most distant exoplanet currently known is 21500 light years away, but they must be scattered throughout the Universe, so in reality many billions of light years.
"On January 25 2006, the discovery of OGLE-2005-BLG-390Lb was announced. This is the most distant and probably the coldest exoplanet found to date. It is believed that it orbits a red dwarf star around 21,500 light years from Earth, towards the center of the Milky Way galaxy. It was discovered using gravitational microlensing, and is estimated to have a mass of 5.5 times that of Earth, making it the least massive known exoplanet to orbit an ordinary main-sequence star. Prior to this discovery, the few known exoplanets with comparably low masses had only been discovered on orbits very close to their parent stars, but this planet is estimated to have a relatively wide separation of 2.6 AU from its parent star."

In the solar system Neptune is the furthest, now that pluto has been demoted.
Outside the solar system, who knows?
