I was standing outside smoking a cigarette, watching the cars and people go by, and had the sudden thought, "If I started peeing my pants right here, how many people would notice, and what would they do?"
I dunno.....maybe I just need to have my meds adjusted? lol

I think we all experience strange or bizzare thoughts from time to time (some more often than others!!)...we usually just don't share that information to others in fear of them thinking...well you know. And we "think" those thoughts but NORMALLY don't carry them out. Believe me adjusting the meds don't help!!! :)

Yes, but mine or more along the line of "How would it be to have sex with such and such a person?" "I wonder how big his ding-dong is?" "What would people do if I just started acting like a little kid again?"
I think for the most part, people would just ignore you. Maybe, one or two concerned people would ask you if you are alright, but I doubt it.
No, you don't need your medication adjusted. Everyone does it, they just don't admit it.

I think everyone probably has odd thoughts of "what if" from time to time and it is perfectly harmless as long as you don't act on them. Sometimes while driving I think about what would happen if I suddenly veared into approaching traffic. Of course I would never do that intentionally.

It would give you that warm feeling for a while but I dought if anyone would notice ! If you tried it with out your pants people would notice for sure !

well from experience not alot of people do notice as long as your jeans are somewhat dark
