1. just relax and forget everything
2. exercise daily - an hour of brisk walk with BARE FOOT.
3. atleast a 15 minute of yoga - the ritual of suryanamaskar shall be ok if u dont have time for 1hour of yoga.
4. reduce the intake of non vegetarian stuff
5. no junk foods like pizzas etc.
6. protect yourself from inhaling the poluted air - better would be to avoid those conjested zones of traffic. if not possible to avoid these routes then sport a nose mask.
7. let your diet be rich in greens and fruits (care being shown in some fruits intake in the event u are a diabetic)

with the obove being done u will be poised to take on the onslaught to a greater extent. The demoralising acts of our neighbourhood always exist , but its up to us how we allow them to perculate into us and impact us. Let these pass by . Dont hug them and nurture them. The garbage has its place--- the bin. ok

ooh this is the perfect question for me to answer because that is just what happened to me a few moments ago.
i'd say that this should inspire you to work harder and make you even more steadfast on what it is that you want to achieve.
take criticism and turn it into a positive. instead of hurting you it will help you and pave the path to greater success. don't be disheartened. work harder and when you succeed it will make whoever demoralized you feel stupid for ever having done that. it should teach them lesson as well to not underestimate people.

Just think once that you are here for which purpose and actually are you working towards that. OR just wasting time in unnecessary politics around you, that means you are deviated. Just think positive and start working towards your goal and once again you will feel more motivated than before.
