I think red-eared turtles do best in the Abrams M1.

For happy turtles, aim for:
- At least 10 gallons of swimming space per inch of turtle length.
- Non-clear sides- turtles get stressed by both their reflections and by the confusion of not being able to go through it.
- Warm water, heated to 75-80F, ideally with a thermostatically controlled heater.
- Warm basking sites, heated to about 90F
- UVB lighting
- Good filtration, ideally 2-3 times better than the same size fish tank.
A lot of us just use 20-35 gallon plastic tubs, such as Sterilite and Rubbermaid. Cheaper, lighter, easier to clean, and the walls are not clear.

You should get a Red Eared Baby sliter Turtle Tank.
Any kind will work, make sure they have a place to climb out of the water and take a rest. They dont like to swim all the time.

Maybe only a 10 gallon right now, but after long you'll be getting much much larger tanks, so be prepared to spend some money. Not to mention the high-powered filters you'll need later and all the basking supplies, lamps, food, and supplements.
