Everyone spent the whole week last week saying the colts couldn't win it against the Pats. So what happened. The Colts won it. So what happened, the Pats fans start crying. Like you.

The Patriots are losers. Deal with it. They put too much into their QB in hopes that he'll be able to pull the rest of the team out of the hole in a last ditch effort. If they'd play the game for the entire 4 quarters, they wouldn't have to rely on Brady to work his magic in the last 4 minutes to save the day.
As far as the Bears and the Colts being "mediocre", you apparently haven't watched football all season. These two teams have proven themselves. They may not be two teams with the most wins or rings, but they can obviously play better football which is a hell of a lot more entertaining than watching some cocky players who think they're top dog and don't have to put forth the effort.
Do you recall when the Pats won in San Diego?? Did you see what great sportsmanship they showed down there? Ridiculous is what I think they and their attitudes are. They were EXTREMELY lucky to even advance past the Chargers. LUCK was on their side that day, not skill,.. and the sad thing is that they knew it and that's partially why they acted the way they did. The Pats didn't expect to win that game.
Get off the bandwagon,... they know they're not that great, now it's time for you to recognize it as well. Oh, by the way, who's gonna win it???? DA BEARS!!

I'm not pompous but you are right. Look at the last five superbowls. The three the Pats won were down to the last minute of the game.. they were close and exciting.
The other two the Pats were not in were complete blowouts and boring.
But I will watch the superbowl game next week, maybe Colts and Bears can give us an exciting game...but I have a feeling it's not going to be close.

Didn't the Patriots get beat by one of those medioca teams? I guess that makes the Patriots a below medioca team.

Get a grip man. You know how bad the Patriots SUCKED before Brady. They will suck that bad again when he is gone proably. He was the steal of that draft. Although this Superbowl isn't that exciting by looks, at least to me, you will have the BEST D vs one of the most dangerous Offenses. Sounds better then if the Patriots HAD made it.

I disagree with your perception. However the media has not as much focused on the actual teams as much as the head coaches, being that they are the first two African-American head coaches to make it to the Super Bowl.

super bowl is a big thing, of course they're gonna play it. you have to be nuts to think that they won't. there's been less interesting match-ups before, you know....
plus, it's a great matchup...two respected teams with coaches who are best friends...no trash talking, nothing...
