I have debated this question many times and each time I come back to the same answer - I wouldn't change anything.
I've been through both good and bad times in my life, lived on the street for a while, been divorced amongst many other things, so there have been plenty of bad times. If I were to change things then I probably would not have met most of the good people I have known and that have played a part in my life. I also would not have learnt the things I have through the experiences I have been through - and it is those experiences that have made me the person I am today.
It is true that if I changed one thing then maybe things would be better, but then again they may well be worse.

I would have followed my dream instead of listening to some bigited guidence counselor who told me that I didn't have a strong enough math background to make it as an architect. That being the case I would have gone to school in a different location and not met my husband, which unfortunately for me was one of the biggest mistakes I've made yet. Unfortunately still I have three wonderful kids with this man and therefore am locked into a lifetime of mental and verbal abuse for which I escape with my writing. It's all a snowball affect really. The demise begins with one wrong move.

Nothing, actually. The few things that I would actually have changed would probably have affected my whole life as it is today. I am very happy where I am right now, and I wouldn't want to change my current situation.

Nothing. If I had not experienced life thus far I would not be who or where I am today. One must first taste the bitter in order to fully appreciate the sweet.

My bottom would be a tad smaller and I would have young skin forever! Apart from that I love my life so, it's only a couple of minor points!
