In a week I have to go to my relatives birthday. I am sure it will be really boring. My father says that if I dont have any important events coming up at that time then i will have to go there. But i dont want to go. What event could I make/plan for that time so that I wont have to go.

I think you should go if its a relative if its going to be that boring think of something that will livin it up...i had to go to an eightieth birthday it meant a lot to my grandmother that i showed..yes i was bored..we all have events in life that we rather not attend get used to it.

If you are in school, say you need to go to the library you have a huge book report due. If you have a job tell him you have to pick up a shift or just work that day period. If you don't have a job and you are not going to school, tell him you have a doctors appointment for like chest pains or something.
