this may sound wierd, rub some honey or sugar onto them and then coat them with some vaseline.

before u go out, remove the vaseline and put some lip gloss on. dark lipstick wont look so good if they are chapped

What I got in the TYRA BANKS show is to put Vaseline on for 3 whole minutes and after those 3 minutes brush them with your toothbrush but it has to be damp. Then you will see the results and to know more about taking care of your skin you should go to Tyrashow.com and you could also email her too!!

A good chapstick or vaseline. Sometimes I use a little baby oil for soft kissable lips.

Vaseline and a toothbrush. put the Vaseline on and use the toothbrush to get rid of the dead cells. buff it in a slow circular pattern. i don't know if it will get ALL the chapped part off, but it will help a lot.
have fun!

Use a gentle exfoliating scrub on them, rinse it off and put lip balm on.

(Before your next date look into Mary Kay Satin Lips... retails for about 19.00 and you get an exfoliator/scrub for the lips and a wonderful tube of lip balm)

apply lip balm and let that soak in then brush your lip lightly with a old kiddies toothbrush then apply some Vaseline (i think that's how you spell it) and then add some lip gloss and get kissin
