im not sure, i think some time around nov. 27 i last heard... the officail site is www.alagaesia.com (so says both books, which i own) if you find out anything new please tell me!

I have no Idea. I think I heard it comes out between may and November. It's is supposedly called Empire. At least that's what i heard.
