Wrong is wrong regardless of party!
Mark Foley is guilty of doing exactly what his job was to stop!
The party members in his job were enabling his problem! Hastert and others let him hide for a year. He wasn't outed by those in his party........but by the media!
He wasn't even asked to resign .....he did so to get out of being punished!
Once he resigned his position the Senate couldn't legally investigate him!
Corruption and immorality exists in both parties equally!1
When it is found out it should be investigated!!
No man or woman is above the laws of this land!!
Let's not forget any government official is an employee and not above reproach!!

Where is your proof that Dems still support Studds? Just because you believe these lies doesn't make it true.
In the story you referred to here, there was an accusation made. In this country you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Anyone can make an accusation out of spite or for any other reason. I could say that you are a pedophile without proof and you would be branded for life.

Your question would be far more effective and less annoying if you asked why we don't treat all child molesting scum the same way. When you turn it into this childish sandbox fight about parties, it loses all credibility.
The issue of pedaphilia and child molesting is a serious one...stop turning it into some kind of pissing match between the parties...and think about the innocents in all of this.
