Because life is random, there is no such thing as fate or pre-ordained plan, bad things happen to ALL people because of coincidence, Murphy's Law, and random acts of nature and people.
When the tectonic plates crash into each other and cause human calamities, are they worried about who's good and bad? Don't make me laugh. To think that good people are protected or somehow immune to the laws of nature is not logical or rational. If you start believing in fate and pre-ordained plans, then you're reverted to superstitious CAVE MAN logic....don't do it. Just kidding, do and believe what you want.
People who wonder why god allows disaster haven't accepted Objective Reality, God springs forth from the primitive limbic system of your brain, the last remnants of your reptillion past. The area where our raw emotions reside, including the irrational belief systems.
The 'religious' experience is triggered by deep depression, starvation, near death, or other highly charged situations. The 'born-again' christian phenomena has a scientific basis....yes, your limbic system. Why has man evolved this mechanism you might ask? Simple...it was a survival mechanism of our cave man ancestors to cope with a hostile and unknown universe.
The cerebral cortex is a more recent development. Here is where our rational and logical thought processes take place. It is here that the atheists have found their basis in reality.
In reality, there is no sentient, omnipresent, omnipotent supernatural being, supernatural entity or force....therefore all the inequities and misery of the world will always persist, some will have good things happen to them and some not, some will blame the invisible entity but objective reality wins all the time....no matter how hard some try to get that limbic brain of theirs to work...sorry

What happens happens. "Disaster" is a label WE put on things that happen that we don't like. There's enormous ego in the belief that the world's events should somehow cater to our preferences. Some would call that much selfcenteredness evil. Don't the mosquitoes have a say in what happens? Doesn't God also love the rats, the ants, the trees?
Since nations, in their essence, involve boundaries between people, they're probably last on the list of things God loves.
When you're in that place in your heart where the breeze and the sunlight make you want to shout with joy, there are no nations and no disasters.

Those who deny that "disasters" actually happen must love sticking their heads in the sand. Tsunamis are objective disasters as was Hurricane Katrina. Maybe some of the good folks here need to suffer loss from these events before appreciating that they are objective disasters.
Why does God permit or allow disasters? The answer is many-sided. However, one answer is that disasters can refine us or help us to develop the moral excellences or virtues. Furthermore, God can bring about good out of disasters or evil. Read Augustine's Enchiridion and it may change your perspective for life.

Our Nations?..... we will all die eventualy my friend. What we see in this world are images in our brain. Our real us is the SOUL.
Basicaly the disasters and our bodies and everyhing in the universe are materials. ...why?....because will we see the universe forever. Can you see love or the soul. We see from our brain, if the brain dies will we see and touch again. what controlls the brains...the soul?...if we have the soul, who put the images in our brain?...there is someone who created those images for us and that is God.. So the disasters images we have are lessons. We are here on earth to learn some lessons and make decisions. Then you have potential to chose that is the best thing. But remember you have the potential of being the best of the best or the worst of the worst.

After the sixth day of his creation, God said it was very good. If mankind had used his God given conscience to listen to Him we would have had a perfect world. (Overpopulation is another subject that is explainable). This is Gods seventh day of rest and he allows the problems imperfect man has caused. He is giving them time to realize that they cannot rule regardless of Him and bring about good conditions for themselves. There will come a time when he steps in to make the earth perfect as he purposed from the beginning. Psalm;37:10,11.The defect is not Gods but ours. Deuteronomy 32:4,5.

I believe that it is said that God sees every sparrow that falls...but the sparrow still falls. Destruction is part of our world, for whatever reason. We are responsible, no matter what we do or do not believe in, for how we react to our loss and suffering, or the loss and suffering of others.
As for our nations, I don't remember any major religions Deity making a statement to support the Rand McNalley map of the world. Nations are man's creation. I don't think it is very nice that you would blame God for that one.

What does unfastened will could do with this? unfastened Will is purely the superb to % for ourselves what we do with our lives. no longer no depend if all and sundry suffers from a calamity. a great form of organic mess ups would desire to be prevented if people provide up development alongside coastlines the place hurricanes and tsunamis will come into shore. development alongside fault strains isn't the best element to do in keeping off earthquakes. Blaming God for what guy does to himself and the evil effects devil and his demons have had on mankind isn't the wisest element to do. Many organic mess ups have been brought about with the aid of what guy has executed to the earth and that is atmosphere. the reason God has held off this long with putting issues to top is with the help of the fact he would not prefer any to be destroyed. he's giving us time to realize repentance. he will undo all of the wear that has been brought about to mankind and produce lower back people who've died. they're going to have not have been given any reminiscence of suffering. in the past you blame God seem to confirm who's rather to blame for what has occurred.

God does not have dominion on Earth. In the garden, God gave earth to Adam. Later, when he got in trouble with God, he placed blame on the wife, she placed the blame on the serpent. That in turn made the serpent their authority. So now the serpent has dominion on earth. If you pay attention in the Bible, there s a few times that Jesus says that this is not his kingdom.

I believe we have a free mind to make any choice we wish. In addition, I also believe that man' undoing is by his own choice. Are we not destroying ourselves? No offense intended.
You posed a very good question. Certainly one to ponder. Thanks for the challenge.
