nearlly impossible if you didn't build it because you would have to find the exact one they used so it would fit in the case. Check the manufacturers site. They might be offering replacment parts.

You may want to look around local for a repair shop and they "May" give you one from a parts computer. I just threw away (actually we have a recycle pickup on Monday and they take all the electronic stuff) a Compaq 5000 and left the button on it, I got all the good stuff. You may be able to fix your old one with a little help as it may just be dirty. I tell you how these work. All the power button do is apply a "Ground" connection to the Motherboard and it turn on the power supply. Power Supplies always have a 5 volts on to keep CMOS and stuff supplied with power. The only way a power supply is off totally is when it turned off on the back. ;-) Many not know this, but, it simple when you do. Try removing your button and see if you or someone can take it apart to clean it, remember, it already broke, if, you can fix it you going again, if you can not fix or break it more, it was already broke. :-p

In an older computer years ago I had a broken power button it was stuck on "ON", I just left it like that and used the switch on the power bar to kill the power. It still works today.

Try a repair shop. Comp USA would probably have them. When you do find a source, get a toggle switch instead of a push button.

They give far fewer problems which is probably why manufacturers stopped using them.

just get a new case, get a case that supports matx and atx motherboards, and install all the components in the case.
