well, her Dad is Billy Ray Cyrus, so my guess is she does sing.

No, When they show a concert on t.v they have to put the recorded version over her singing because then you would hear everyone screaming so it would be hard to hear on tv also the typhoon lagoon concert and the radio disney 10th birthday concert were before she started her tour so those were her first to concerts so she could of lip sang at those cuz unlike other stars she dances to and not that many do and she does have a strong voice her dad could of helped her sing since hes a cuntry music star

I'm pretty sure everyone has to use their lips to sing, so I don't know what you're talking about.
Whether or not she lip SYNCS, well, that's a different question.

She pre-records her songs (with her own voice) and lip sincs when filming the how. But it's HER voice.

yes, obviously... she's too young to have such a strong voice... maybe she did the first recordings but her voice has been arranged and does not sing live.
