First of all thank you for taking the time to answer this question.. My daughter has the Tigger toy by fisher price that Tigger jumps by using his tail. I'm not sure of the name of the toy other than Tigger tail...(something) Once I am able to find out what exactly the toy's name is I can look it up on the internet to call their customer service. My Daughter got the tigger for Christmas this year.. and We threw the box away ..and also the instructions... so if you can help that would be great... mu daughter loves this toy .. we've changed the batteries with some better quality batteries.. to see if that would make tigger work but it didnm't fix it.

I beleive it's called a "Bouncing Tigger".I bought one of those for my little nephew.

Ok look at where you put the new batteries at.. if it say use alkaline batteries you must use alkaline babtteries. other batteries don't work.
