We are all in the same boat and you know there are some really nice people here and at least you can get a laugh without payiing £££££s for drink, getting wrecked and regretting it or being sick. I am just broke and have lots of paper work to do - NOW THAT IS SAD. Byee

hmm, there's a couple of answers:
(1) the telly is so dull and yahoo Answers is so interesting that we have no choice but to spend the most important social evening of the week at our PCs
or
(2) none of us has any friends or a social life to speak of, and this is our only social contact with our 'virtual' friends.

yes its dull,i want to be down the pub,a nice smooth beer,few mates,some good looking babes in the corner to ogle,go over and chat them up,use some corny chat up line like,''my mates want to know if you think im cute'',sit down and give them the big ''i own a chain of beauty salons'',give them a load of old flanel about 'nails' and 'acrylics' and the latest in spray on tans,the girls love this,invite them for a day out on my private yacht that i dont own....get their phone number and the big snog,then move on to club and start the whole process again before staggering home covered in missplaced kebab then hugging the toilet all night. brilliant.......instead im stuck in watching dancing on ice with her indoors. maybe if i wash up like a good boy she'll slip into summit that resembles the costumes on dancing on ice..wot do you think.

Well, it's Saturday afternoon where I am (CST), but come tonight, I might be doing the same thing. The only good thing on TV Saturdays is COPS.
