Actually the answer here is no and yes. Your body does not make more amniotic fluid but.. your baby continues to urinate and since that is what mostly makes up amniotic fluid, yes.

Once your water breaks, the fluid may continue to slowly leak until you deliver your baby. This happens because amniotic fluid primarily consists of fetal urine, which the baby continues to produce even after the amniotic sac has broken.

The body keeps producing and recycling amniotic fluid throughout pregnancy. When the water breaks during labor, the body is already into the labor progression and is not producing any fluid only trying to complete the birth. If your water is broken by some artificial means earlier in the pregnancy, there is some evidence that fluid continues to be produced but the open amniotic sac opens a path for infection to get in. In essence, no and if so, it does not matter. Hope that helps.

No, your body doesn't produce anymore amniotic fluid. If your water breaks that's it you better get to the hospital if you let it go to long then you will become dry and it will cause complications with your delivery
