The poster is of the band with Cliff Burton, I have had it for 14 years, It was worth over $100 when I got it, How do I find out how much it is worth now?

I would going to Collectors and asking them. I believe, if it is a RARE picture of them with Cliff, then it may be worth something. And, if it LOOKS old, it may pass as more worthy, but to answer the one guy's answer, it may be special because Cliff Burton, the ORIGINAL bassist (i am discounting Ron) of Metallica died in 1986, and ANY Metallica fan knows Cliff was the man :) Hell, if I had 200 dollars to spare, I'd give it to ya :)

It's only worth what other people are prepared to pay for it.
Try ebay-ing it with a really high reserve so that you can see how much it's worth?
What makes it special and worth $100 btw? If it's because it's signed then you might be better off finding websites that sell signed posters and things, seeing how they'd value it.
Oh yeh, bear in mind, if you've put it on your wall and used it, then it might be worth less.
