If you can think of something besides Subway, that would be great.

Wendys . . . they have baked potato's with toppings or wonderful salads. Also, Boston Market...they have a drive through and you can order a complete chicken or turkey dinner.

Chick-fil-A restaurant is very healthy if you stay with the grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato on a whole wheat bun. Instead of fries, you can get carrot raisin salad which is wonderful.
My other choice would be Subway. You have to stay away from the high calorie condiments.

To me the healthiest fast food restaurants are Subway and Wendy's. I say Subway because it is all fresh ingredients and you can actually see what they put on your sandwich. I say Wendy's because they have a lot of healthy choices on their menu.

Moe's southwestern grill is good, I don't know if it's considered fast food though. Chick-fil-a has a decent grilled chicken sandwich. It sounds like you don't want Subway, but Jersey Mike's makes good subs too. Captain D's and don't get fried food. Taco Bell actually isn't that bad when it comes to fat content, but they recently had other issues.

There aren't any...they all use preservatives with the purpose to make the food last longer with no value to your health, they use coloring and artificial flavors because most of the flavor and nutritional value is killed during processing; you're better off eating an organic apple. McDonald is the worst. In-n-Out is decent.

I would go to Subway. They have so many different types of healthy food. Or you could get a salad from Wendy's. I was impressed that their salads tasted good AND they were good for me.

McDonald's. Yea I saw the documentary about how fat people get off it but that's with any food. If you eat enough of it everyday you're gonna gain weight. But there are other options at McDonald's other than burgers, fries and chicken nuggets. They have parfaits, full size salads (that are very fulfilling), fruit salads and soups.

The healthiest food i know of is salads or baked potato with nothing on it. Nothing on it means no extra calories.
